Bronze Age Empires -- FOG II Pot Luck Battle Tourney/Campaign - Round 7

We're ready to rock 'n roll with this one with 4 players - - I've done the random draw for the factions:

BLUE: @Badger73
GREEN @Bootie
RED: @Nelson1812
YELLOW: @Rico

(@Nelson1812 always seems to draw RED in my campaigns :ROFLMAO: )

First set of battles drawn as well (either player cab set up the battle - All battles are MEDIUM, OPEN BATTLE with POT LUCK map):

BATTLE 1: @Nelson1812 vs @Badger73 -- CRETE: Minoan (1600 - 1450 BC) vs Hittite (1680 - 1595 BC)

BATTLE 2: @Bootie vs @Rico -- LOWER EGYPT: Hyksos (1650 - 1591 BC) vs Amorite (2000 - 1595 BC)

Good luck all -- happy battles -- let's have fun with this

My battles vs @Bootie rage on -- we are at the brawling phase...

In the first one, as our battle lines close his chariots advance against mine on the left of the battle line -- light chariots mostly using bows more than impact.

Meanwhile, in the 2nd battle, brutal hand-to-hand fighting for control of my left (his right) flank... ( where the glorious forces of the burgeoning @Rico Empire seem to be prevailing... so far)

On the other wing, my golden chariots, golden charioteers... and miniature palm trees... :p

BATTLE 2: @Bootie vs @Badger73 -- CANAAN: Hebrew (800 - 682 BC) vs Greek (1179 - 681 BC)

ROUND 2

BATTLE 2:
@Bootie vs @Badger73 -- CANAAN: Hebrew (800 - 682 BC) vs Greek (1179 - 681 BC)

Interestingly enough (at least to the geeky wargamer in me), the Old Testament 2nd Book of Kings mentions the "Carians" in Chapter 11. They were Greek mercenaries like these employed as units in the Royal Guard by the Kings of Judah during the 9th Century BC . . . ;)

The Greeks seemed to be everywhere in those days!
