Yeah, coop in that game is a lot of fun. It's even better in pvp. Here's a vid of a seven team pvp battle royale I took part in back in October. It was incredibly fun. Our team (Kanium and our ship the KBV Naval Syrup) won with two carrier kills and 11 islands iirc. Our last carrier battle was insane. I'll also put the timestamps for the pvp battles if you don't want to watch the whole 4 hr plus video:

If anyone is interested in setting up a co-op game, I'd be happy to get involved. I don't have the game at the moment but I'd get it for the MP experience. I played the original as a teenager, I absolutely loved it but don't think I ever actually won a game.
