One thing that Paradox have gotten absolutely on point is their animations of character traits and emotions, a coward looks cowardly, an arrogant character looks arrogant, a mother with a newborn looks enthralled (the father less so, but I guess this is the era of suppressed male emotions, except for anger and stoicism).
I've racked up 35 hours played since buying it last Thursday, so like a whirlpool in the Bermuda triangle, you could say it's really sucked me in!
