Many years ago I worked with a few Polish engineers.
We had a grand time. Lots of laughs.
They taught me some words and phrases in Polish most I have long forgotten.

One I remember well. They said if ever I go in to a pub in Poland I should order what sounded like, to me, a betchka peeva. (beczka piwa)
I hope to do just that someday. :)

Back in the day I studied engineering in the UK and I met a couple of exchange students from the States.
They were alright and had some hilarious misunderstandings with the Brits due to thinking they were all speaking the same language.
The more you know...
