I was gonna do the ribbon thing for my sig, downloaded the files.... but too much work/effort for my lazy a$$!

Edit: Although I must admit I really loved the old ribbon system, especially with the mouseover info text indicating what the ribbon is for. Also gives a good quick indication at a glance how active a member is. Maybe eventually I'll go through them and put mine up someday.

Yeah gotta agree (Apologies to the respected IT support folks at FGM, but it does bug me a little bit)

I understand guys.... from our position we had to choose between new forum software upgrade/security or mouseover on a ribbon. A no brainer. ... the programme behind the ribbons was not compatible with the upgraded software so in future it will probably make a reappearance if the designer decides to make it compatible.

Can I be so presumptious to ask for the details of who this "designer" is so I can approach him (At your own risk @Bootie ) to inquire whether they would like to look at this particular problem? Pretty Please...........

Totally understandable @Bootie you made the obvious right choice! Hope you didn't take my post as a knock vs you or anything! Actually its pretty kool that it's still possible for members to do this manually rather than the ribbons being gone altogether. As the old saying goes.... something is better than nothing!
