- Big Issue for the next Ten Years - Income Inequality / Distribution
- Big Issue for my Generation (Gen Y's) - Global Population Levels and slowing of birth rates in the developed world. Will need to reorganise our entire economic and business system over time to cater for a 'stable population' rather one that is perpetually growing and driving increased demand at a base level.

Not just for the USA, will be a global discussion and debate.

Population of the Netherlands grew form 5 million in year 1900 to 17 million at present. We could do with a little less people. But part of the pensions are paid by the people who are now working. So less people to "earn" the pension for the people above 67 years...
