Panzerfaust and rifle grenade vs Sherman, with devastating results. Not the usual pencil hole that a Panzerfaust usually produces!

Seems to be because you have modded the hit decals, making them generic big holes rather than stock textures where the HEAT ammo leaves a distinctive small hole with a fragmentation pattern around it.
