Kickstarter for "Carrier Battles" boardgame-esque for PC/Mac/Android

There is a great gem of a wargame for iPad called Carrier Battles 4 Guadalcanal. Now the devs have initiated a Kickstarter to bring it to more platforms as well as an upgrade of the iPad game. They have a dedicated team that has worked on the title with regular updates and fixes. Really great game and more complex under the hood than meets the eye. Have a look:

The game is now released on Steam. I was involved in the beta testing as a Kickstarter backer and they have done a good job in making a PC game out of it. It plays really well and will, in the future, get more content, features and probably multi-player support as well. It is much more than just a hex and counter game that screenshots might indicate.
Maybe I'll write some kind of review in a couple of weeks.
