I think all wargamers wife's earn a "Awesome Boss" award for sticking up with us while we play all sorts of wargames. Both on the PC and on the table.
 
Ok been doing a lot of cleaning.... a lot of threads containing picture galleries have been moved to the forum

A lot of threads are in places they just dont make sense to be so Im gonna gradually work on it over the coming weeks. Please note no threads will be deleted just moved so if ye canna find something and think I deleted it use the search function as it will still be there somewhere.

My friend, Bram is correct on that.
Officially, Bram and Lighthorse, are "Mean to the Bone", or for the general public Nice Guys.
A ribbon for that should have a tiny bone in its middle....LOL
We're both bad ass wargamers.....LOL
 
Ok having drafted in a plethora of helpers I have actually had a chance to start looking at the forum and getting some work done.

Today the following was worked...

* The Newsletter... I assisted Das Tiger in the layout of the Newsletter which will be launched on the 1st of October.
* Killed the CMx1 Domination tournament. Falling player numbers, lack of interest from tourneymeister eventually led to its demise. Sorry guys.
* Finally closed the CMSF Campaign... again time constraints on me and no one willing to pick it up.
* Set up the new Domination Sicily area. Still need to sort out the moderators access for that section.
* Answered numerous mails and have numerous more too answer. o_O
* Closed the Classic Wargame Section. Completely dead area.
* Closed Other Game Discussion - All posts moved into Musket Room. Didnt justify its own area. Future game discussion/reviews to go in review area.
* Closed ARMA II section.. another area generating cobwebs.
* Renamed various forums.
* Updated Tournament Page removing CM x 1 and Shock Force Campaign and adding in Dom Sicily.

Good on you for loosening up and delegating responsibility, we'll make ye a Sargent yet.

Not sure I agree with this move. "Other Games" could be of more interest should significant membership increase come along. Not sure what "review area" is all about. Taking the topic down just for current lack of interest maybe not best decision, particularly if not requiring much maintenance effort.
