I felt lost yesterday.
Actually, I haven't had any yet, just having heard about it, but plan to change that shortly.

Guys thanks for the recent website donations. Ive purchased a years support extension for the forums (£35) so we are up to date with the latest xenforo forum protection and versions. Recently Ive also spent £25 on sending out some prizes (£25!!! yup... that's why the book prizes stopped in the quiz section... didn't think it would be quite so expensive) and have also paid to have thefewgoodmen.com address for another year (£15) and the professional photobucket account for another year (£20). On top of these bills the site costs £22 per month to host so it all adds up but thanks to you guys and your donations I haven't had to worry about not having to find the money to keep things running.

I presume I can do away with any user on the ladder that has been 'cron-ed' in the Forum... I can either disable them or delete them.. what do you think?? and thanks for the comp on the Ladder mods, all should be done by next weekend...

Ok, thanks ... did it crash the message boards last time?
Nope.... it just made the tabs at the top not work properly... ie Scenario Design tab etc.
The crash is due to us exceeding our max_user allocation. If we go over a certain quota it causes the site to crash and it takes about 24 hours to get it back online again. I asked for them to extend the max_user but they said they cant do that and it is a problem with some software I run but haven't told me what?
The other option is to switch to a dedicated server but we are talking big bucks outwith my price range and I don't think its required. If I knew what the software hitting the max_user problem is then it can get sorted... as for now I can do nothing but monitor it unless @Fredrocker has a look.
