Ah, am I missing something? What does this have to do with club news? I keep seeing new posts in the club news thread and come by to check what the news is only to find another video about WW2. The videos are interesting but they do not feel like club news to me. Please, enlighten me.

I think he was just confused that the "2194 days" seems to be posted off topic a bit, unless you post your logic, and then all becomes clear.

What was the AMPC?
They later became the Pioneer Corps... they performed light engineering tasks.... Building stores.... Laying tracks and stretcher bearing but they also assisted in building the likes of the Mulberry harbour, bridges and. Airfields under the command of the Royal Engineers.
Sounds like hard, and mostly unrecognized work.
