Hey Bootie, one thing I've been missing has been the monhtly screenshot and video contests, as well as a section to post screenshots. Would it be possible to get a screenshot & video section under, say, The Barracks, like SimHQ has? I'd volunteer to run it and the competitions. Just a thought. Ultimately up to you if you think its worthwhile.

Guys the site was recently upgraded to software version 1.1.5 but since then has been running pretty slow. I am disabling and reactivating various addons to see what is interferring witht he smooth running process so bear with me as switches get flicked etc. It may come down to having to turn of some non essential items flagsd etc if they are slowing the site down... further investigation is required Im afraid.
 
Ok some little changes Ive made... Ive dumped staff online right side box, dumped forum most posters right side box and the share box (FB, Twitter etc.), Iver also made the user_member_info box (the box on the side of each of your posts to let folk know its you) slightly wider. This means we can get 4 ribbons across now instead of 2/3. This paves the way for the raft of new ribbons that are going to need to be released to cover all the new tournaments launched recently. Ive also centred the avatar on that section too. Its all little things but man they take time. Oh and Ive gone back to the old banner... its less intensive than the random allocatted banners on the system. And the site I believe is running smoother just now. Just out of interest does anyone use the style Green Mobile. I hadnt actually meant to turn it on but I see MeatEtr is using it.
