Your right... had a look at a couple of other clubs.
World at War - The place is a ghost town. The most active thread at present is some guy from Band of Brothers who has joined... only to ask folk who are at the dying community to go to BoB. W@W was one of my favourite looking sites. I love the design... hell if someone knows Artie get him over here to help out.
Not unknown: this club declined since some years as the WPC. It is really a pity.

I contacted TheDude about Zone Wars last week and he said he was taking a step back. I told him he can rejoin at any time.

In all seriousness, I am concerned that folks leaving will effect the integrity of my Tourney (I can't speak for the other tourney masters). While I understand first hand how things can come up (my CM has been down for almost a month now), It is still a decidedly thorny issue.
To throw my humble opinion in (without any further info) - if serious real life issues cross(ed) his way he should have the opportunity to come back if things are sorted out (so far the time frame of the tournament allows that). If he is only bored, got a new game or whatever he shouldn´t be allowed to continue.
I hope I have avoided that situation for my coming FFT by make it a splitted way of monthly and overall winner. So every guy can jump in and out the tourney monthly. Should someone jump out during a month´s battle he should have real good reasons therefor. Otherwise it will not be allowed to come back into my tournament.
But in the very end it is only the decision of the TM what will be done. Sometimes that is a very hard job.
