Actually it would be more useful if the moderator's actually looked up the definition of "moderator" instead of acting like fact checkers and arguing with the candidates. The problem is that the press in the US has moved off of reporting the news in an unbiased manner and has taken to thinking they have the right to report their version of the news through their personal biases. The press maybe should start with reporting the REAL unemployment level in the US and the number of American's underemployed. When the government reports new job growth, how about you classify those jobs by wage ranges and whether ot not they are full or part time jobs. How about we talk about the fact that the US Congress has "borrowed" over 2 Trillion dollars from Social Security, with no timeline whatsoever on repaying that debt. The same Congress that will now scare everyone that Social Security is in trouble (because of Congress borrowing the above amount) as an excuse to extort, er , raise the social security tax to address the "crisis". It's a GD wonder that congressmen don't get the crap kicked out of themselves
