Peruvian Marines conducts a beach assault rehearsal with U.S. Marine reserves from Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force 24 and 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion on a beach in Salinas, Peru, July 11, 2010. I haven’t heard of the Vektor so I looked it up.
It weighed about 22lbs (9.6kg)

It was designed in 1977 by Richard Joseph Smith and Lazlo Soregi. The "SS" in its name stands for Smith and Soregi, and "77" for 1977, the year it was designed.
