That is Jean Guy the big man on the block and he is looking for his shaver?

It is Joe Stalin and he was working in an observatory around the time this pic was taken... 1900-ish?

Right person and time frame. According to my reference, it wasn't an observatory.

It was the Tiflis Meteorological Observatory... he worked there prior to becoming a full time revolutionary and writing underground articles for Struggle.
