No not close...but closer still is the Cech Armoured car wz. 29 Ursus but even this I believe is wrong the wheel covers are off from the picture above it looks like a 6 wheeled or 8 AC

I always learnt a lot by searching the web to answer the quiz, e.g. your question about the old anchor...

I guess you wont find the exact type as there is very little information in the web (those are in French). Thus I will accept a more abstract answer too.
