Charles Lindbergh, who not only was the first person to fly solo across the Atlantic in 1927, but also worked as a technical consultant for Henry Ford to help Ford gear up for bomber production. He was eventually sent to the Pacific Theater to help pilots get more out of their aircraft. After helping the Marines with the Corsair, he was sent to help the P-38 pilots extend their range, by teaching them how to trim their fuel consumption.

During his time with the 475th he managed to shoot down a Japanese plane.
 
Well lawnman56 I agree with you on your information and to say one thing is second best to another especially in the case of this flying pervert, is pushing it.
I will say it is up to the question poster as to the answer that is looked for, so I say mTk has it and I am happy he has because after he takes his heart pill because he is our newest Quiz Master.
