Our battle has now concluded 48 to 18 (+30 victory to myself). @Nathangun got the upper hand early in the cavalry fight. Our cav forces where pretty equal, but Nathangun was able to position his cav better than mine and so I came off worse.

Seeing that I was losing the cav battle I withdrew my cav to try and pull his cav away from the main infantry conflict. This seemed to work for the most part. Nathan's front line auxilliaries were defeated by my heavy foot despite them being on higher ground. By the time Nathan's second line consisting of heavy foot engaged, they were starting to look outnumbered and so I pushed my advantage home.

A very enjoyable game, well played.
