Side note from Australia - Analysis of the last Census here (2011) showed around 25% of Baby Boomers were not financially secure and still had mortgages on their primary residence with no other investments. Considering many are around or just over 60 at that time a bit concerning. Be interesting to see next year with the next Census how much has changed.
