Hello. New member. A member from the IL-2 1946 forums mentioned this site, and I was impressed enough to register.

War Games played:

> IL-2 1946
> War in the Pacific - Admirals Edition
> Combat Mission Barbarossa to Berlin / Afrika Corps (with all of Mikey D's textures for both!)
> Combat Mission Shock Force, with all but the NATO addon.
> Silent Hunter 4, with Real Fleet Boat / Run Silent, Run Deep mods. (sorry, but SH5 is rubbish...)
> Dangerous Waters, with LWAMI 3.10 Realism Mod (Anxiously awaiting 3.11, it's taking forever...)

That was me, I registered at the Ubisoft forums a few years ago as 'Tungsten Kid' and let the name stay, I suppose I could change it to PoorOldSpike but what the hell ha ha..:)
Regarding IL-46, I'm currently having fun with the Mission Creator/Editor..:)

WitP AE... always been tempted, didn't have the guts to get at it yet...

Silent Hunter I am more in Uboats with SH3 (mods NYGM 3.4 and LSH3 v5.1) but also have SH4 with Real Fleet Boat and Run Silent Run Deep. Don't know why but don't get the same thrills in the Pacific... Agreed SH5 is rubbish until the talented modder team of the SH community have time to work on it. Also I would never buy a game that requires a permanent internet connection and keeps your saves on their servers.

Dangerous Waters with LWAMI mod as well, but like with flight sims (Falcon 4) I get over the years tired of electronics and button pushing. But very deep sim indeed...
 
Welcome mate! You have all of MikeyDs mods? Are You sure? If it´s so - could You send me a folder with them? I´m searching all the time but can´t say I have all of him.

I've got most of them, it's interesting to hear there's a Dangerous Waters mod out.

@ POS for info, the LWAMI mod is used by the whole DW community since years....LOL

@Treetop64 : for info, POS doesn't use these games for playing, but only for running tests in his secret lab....
