When I first watched this several months ago, I couldn't get into it. Recently, I read a review that did it justice and made me more receptive to trying again. I'm glad I did. This is a cold war style espionage thriller with a science fiction premise that holds up very well. I found it mature, well-conceived, fascinating, and compelling. J.K. Simmons is excellent.
