Is the dailymail trustworthy enough? I find those pictures on the right hand side of their website always very distracting...

I do love animals etc. But in some cases shooting them is a good option. And if you then let hunters pay for it, it brings cash to countries which are often hard pressed for it.

I feel there is no reason what so ever for slaughtering Elephants Rhino and other African Animals, Plus if they do become sick there are plenty of agencies working to mend the sick animals they are under enough pressure from weak minded poachers selling the Tusks to China and the like, plus I believe the Tusks are of no use to any one

I agree with you on the rhino's. There are not many left. But at some locations elephants cause many problems because of their number and they lay waste to the land.

And why limit it to African animals? Every year millions of songbirds are killed on Malta, Cyprus, Spain, France because they are -according to the killers- a delicacy. And what about deerhunting, bearhunting etc in Northern America.
