Not everybody's cup of tea, but there's no denying his talent.

Quite often when I'm out and about ( remember those times ?) I will stop and listen to anyone playing music and/or singing. and some of them are bloody good.

I don't think bob Dylan can sing, but as a songwriter he's right up there with the best of them.
