Serious question though, does the UK do the time change (spring forward, fall back) thing? All U.S. states except Arizona and Hawaii do it, and, to be honest, I wish they would just leave it the same all year.

Apparently, switching back and forth causes much stress among us old people, rendering me 25% more susceptible to heart attacks. Not to mention the terror children must go through having to wake up in the morning to find it still dark outside.
Actually, if passed, the prop only allows for the State Legislature to take the whole matter under advisement...to be voted down at a later date.
