I believe also as is discussed here now that the terms are too broad to be applied across the board.
There are many women who use the term rape as a trump card and many men suffer a criminal record when they really may have not committed the crime.

I say let all the criminals who have served jail time in. Our president has recently signed an executive order granting amnesty to an estimated 7.5 million foreign lawbreakers as it is, what the hell is a few more going to matter. At least we know they are somewhat honorable in that they have been tried and convicted and served their time. The most punishment these 7.5 million recently amnestied lawbreakers will have to endure is a waiting line for a Federal hand out.
