EMPIRE BUILDERS: Field of Glory 2 Medieval Campaign - COMPLETED!!

GREEN Victory in HUNGARY -- my Polish knights had some shocking die rolls and disintegrated like a batch of overcooked pierogi... :ROFLMAO: -- well played on a tough map for the Hungarians.

Good fight @Badger73 :)

The fight was anchored around the small town in the screen shot, with my forces turning into the Imperial right flank, while I lost my right flank fight. But it was enough to win in the end.
Lesson learned: Dismounted Knights can be attacked with good odds (35%-45% win) with Kngihts&Seargents, at least for the impact phase. That is a good chance to disrupt or even, with some luck, fragment them. The mounted knights usually disengage immediatley, so they don't become stuck in melee - unless the dismounted knights are disrupted (or worse) as a result of the impact. It worked in this battle, to some degree. But overall the dismounted knights were tough opponents, so I would say still worth the points.

Apologies for the slow update -- but here we have the wrap for Round 9.

GREEN Empire ascendant .... BLUE down to its last territory.

Strap on your armour, gird your loins, saddle up the war horses -- we are into the climactic last round of this tourney -- Round 10!

There is now only ONE point between the scores of the GREEN and WHITE empires... RED not far behind... BLUE hanging on for dear life.
How will this strategic puzzle play out?
