This is good and welcome news, thanks Nort. Also happy to donate for a get well gift if anyone is going to see the old fella. But can't find the donate button, where's it gone?

Don't worry. I found it. @Bootie . Boss, you should have some funds on the way.

Yo FGMers!
From deep within the VA system I have found access to a computer. I am pleased to announce that after 3 weeks in a medicallly induced Coma, and another 2 weeks of coming out of sedation, I am now in a Rehab environment. I am getting stronger every day. I am still learning how to walk, and relearn my lost muscle memory, but my recovery is moving along at a rapid enough pace that they will be booting me from this rehab setting to an outpatient rehab facility within the next week.

It's been a long strange trip, but as I have said in the past..."I'd rather be lucky than good!".

I thank all my Buddies for their moral support. How could I fail with a bunch of mates as I have here at FGM covering my '6'!

I will have to keep this a bit on the short side as my fingers are still not up to speed and I've had to respell a third of my words, not to mention this is quite the workout for one who hasn't used a keyboard for a couple of months. However, it is an excellent rehab exercise for my feeble hands and fingers, I look forward to responding to any questions you guys may have about this strange experience.

~SALUTE~ 07
