For 10 Fire Seasons (May thru Sept/Oct), I worked in the Mount Howell Fire Lookout for the California Dept of Forestry. At the end of every day (0800 until Sunset) I got to watch a scene very similar to the above video, as once the Sun set, my shift was over.
