i use dropbox to sent the files but i can also exchange emails if thats more convinient

There are some standard ground rules for games here.
I believe the only one for an all infantry battle is "No defensive, or pre-plotted artillery on the first turn."

Something went wrong.
There should be a number at the end of the file such as Menofwar VS Gunner 001
Also when I open the file it asks for the British password.
And could you invite me to dropbox so we could share the files?

np bud take your time. The problem with the password was that i had to choose my force first but its all good know.

It should start like this I believe.
The first turn you would setup the parameters, choose your password, click OK to save the 001 file and send it to me.
I open the file, choose a password, choose my troops, click OK and send you 002.
You open it and choose your troops, do your setup and first movement orders, Click Go (the red button) and send me file 003
I open 003 do my setup and move, click Go. save and send 004
You open 004 watch the movie, make your move send me 005....and so on.
