Reminds me of a 'Fieldcraft Camp' back when I was in Air Cadets as a teenager. Were campaign for a long weekend and there were some drunken hooligans nearby that were throwing bottles and the like at us. The Commanding Officer immediately said, 'Right we're under attack cut down a tree.' So we did... in a National Park. Park Rangers came around next morning to see the remains of bonfires, broken bottles, about 50 weary teenagers and a gum tree laying horizontal across the camp site. Brushed it off to the rangers as a 'casualty of war.'
