The only way I can think of is to use BB Edit (3rd party software) and recreate your bros with a couple of screeshots.

It also works with ironman saves by the way. Found out the other day.
So, a bit more free time on my hands ... so maybe time to start a new campaign with fresh group of desperados ... let's pick a rag tag group Peasant Militia as starting point.... The Few Good Peasants.
So, the (mis)adventures of the Quarantine Brotherhood begins .... let's see how this plays out.
A truly sad bunch of adventurers to start out with (at least you get 12 guys to start with -- no idea how left standing after a few missions)... not even enough weapons between them to kit everybody out... even after I sold Hadebrand the minstrels lute...
Oh well ... off to Nebelheim for our first contract. (this may be a short campaign)

Fixed... I think... uploading pics a bit dodgy today.
As predicted, the first mission in the hard school of mercenary band knocks did not go well ... 4 Direwolves, 3 men down (including poor Hadebrand the minstrel) ... boy, do they need to learn a lot ... also no bloody bows for sale anywhere!!

Yes, and these yokels shield walling skills are really sad at this point...
Second mission ... clear out the cemetery ... bunch of undead to fend off .... at least we got ourselves a bit of a hill poisition, that'll help... I hope ;-)
