This was the most intense FOGII match I've ever played. The tides turned often and could have gone either way. Thank you for an excellent battle, @Nathangun. :cheerso:

Rules question (of course 
): as it is written now a province can only be upgraded if your own army is in the province. I guess it was meant that it can be upgraded only if no enemy army is present. Correct?

GREEN (Seleucids) won the battle vs the YELLOW (Ptolemaic) in SYRIA with a MINOR Victory, the GREEN army there is DISORGANISED and unable to move or attack,( but can defend as normal) until re-organised.
